I can't speak for Olympic or Spiro so I would speculate that maybe they are able to try different things out with BetJM. Since Olympic is pretty much set in their ways if the dime line ends up being a business driver and helps BetJM draw business (I can't see how it wouldn't)then maybe Olympic would consider using it there. Though it could be that they're just under completely different management teams. I mean Spiro could back them financially and let someone else manage the business model. So maybe BetJM's management feels dime lines are the way to go. I'm just speculating though.
