Red, maybe you could answer this for me. When you received this message was it when you were trying to place a wager or when you first log into your account? thanks

I don't think there is any way to put a good "spin" on this.

But what do I know.
Oh--By the way--How's there interactive wagering doing?

i tried to log into my account yesterday and it kept saying i was putting in wrong account number or password. so after like the 5th try, i called customer service and they told me that i was banned from online bets and they would allow me to log into my account to see lines but i was told that any bet i'd make online would be cancelled. and today i called and they said everything is okay and i can make online bets.

i didn't say anything. the guy asked me for my account number and after a couple minutes, said i was okay to make online bets.
i didn't ask why i was temporarily banned.
i'm just glad to be able to make online bets as it is more conveniant for me than calling them in.

Red,

Don't like the sound of that.

Sounds like maybe you should get it in an e mail from a manager or something be fore you go putting in bets and then they turn around and cancel them.

These guys have always been a high class book. But they are also one of the books that were attacked a lot by the Denial-of-service jerks so I'm sure they're just being extra cautious about things on the web.

Maybe wwts reads these boards and did not want any negative publicity. Or maybe they just have too many Chiefs and not enough Indians.

But one thing I do KNOW --Last year around this time they had FREE insta-cash from Neteller. Last I checked it now cost 6.5% to the player.
