to me - utah state's snub is similar to what happened to butler in 2002 - a team that was probably a sweet 16 team left at home.

of the 5 teams i listed - utah state would be favored over all 5 of them.

Utah St. was not snubbed. The Seminoles are much better than Utah St., along with a handful of other team in the NIT. Utah St. played FIVE teams in the RPI top 150 all season. FIVE!

Doesnt appear to be a well liked committee by alot of fans this year.

Unfortunately, the head of the committee is a good friend of mine, Bob Bowlsby.

Bob is the athletic director at the UNIV. OF IOWA and former college professor of yours trully.

My only complaint is why the hell he didnt find a way to slip the Hawkeyes in the tournament.

The ACC tourney winner is considered the official ACC Champion. It sounds stupid but it's always been that way.

You are the man with the west coast, but how can Utah State lose to Northridge and expect to be included? That Northridge team was terrible. But I guess they aren't as bad as the Texas Pan-Am team that Air Force lost to.
