If a member's account remains unused for a period of twelve months, the company reserves the right to close the account and assume ownership of any and all outstanding balance left in the account only after exhausting all avenues of reaching the dormant member. This is good reason for keeping all contact information accurate and up to date. In the event of this occurrence member should contact Customer Service Dept and provide proof of identification to be reinstated
