we cant produce oil when prices are at these levels. extraction from tar sands cost more than the oil itself
Makes some sense, I didn't consider Canada's reliance on oil exportation ( to the US),still I'd think you guys should be closer dollar to dollar to US. Canada is still rich with natural resources, looks better long-term than USA, IMO.
Timber is probably way down, with lack of need for construction,too, and you probably need to import US grains, since you lack an Iowa type province ( mid-west farmland).
Tourism from the USA must be down,also.
Canada is tied to the US, in many ways. We will certainly be on the same side when WW3 ( the really big one), starts in ? (2017 ?)
