I though if the ball crosses the goal line, it is a touchdown...why do RB's and WR's stetch the arm out toward the markers at the goal line?

Oakland WR had possession of the ball...end of story

I'm kinda interested if the commisioner's office will have any comments on this particular play as it seems to everyone that the replay ruling was bogus.

How about these penalties for hitting the QB.............wtf???

That call on Edwards in the endzone was the worst call of the evening.

The rules in the NFL stink right now.

That's true on running plays or if the ball is caught and the receiver runs with the ball for a while. This is not true of the act of catching the ball.

he had 2 feet down and his butt hit the ground, unless that has changed this season, i thought your butt also counted as 2 feet? he had possession, the ball came lose as he was getting up, horrible call

When you are an owner and you sue the NFL you can expect to get calls like this and the infamous tuck rule.

That and the fact that the league is still trying to make up Hochuli's fuck up LY to the Chargers.

Agreed. Even if a receiver catches the ball with 2 feet in bounds and falls out of bounds and loses the ball when he hits the ground, it's incomplete.

It's been this way for years people.
