I agree that this place has gone downhill the last few years.There are a bunch of senseless threads started,and all of a sudden the topic seems to change further down and then the name calling starts,well you know what i mean

& let’s not forget members telling other members to commit suicide & the mods take no action ? let’s be honest , the mods don’t give a damn about the rx & it shows . I wish this was just an ALL - SPORTS forum & nothing else , it’s crazy here at the rx ..... maybe that’s why I spend most of my time in the rubber room , lol

PERFECT example, today Hache posted an ESPN Insider article, plenty of College Football info, but it only has 153 views and no responses
But anything Racist based gets plenty of views and responses

My views on this board are easily about 10% of what they used to be. It the same cast of idiots and they run roughshod over this forum and are allowed to do it.
What do you want from the RX? There are enough sub forums set up to discuss plenty of topics. If you think the place is a garbage dump then you are most likely in a sub forum set up for garbage topics.
I generally stay out of Rubber Room, Politics and Offshore because majority has little to no information on sporting events of the day.
So how do WE make this sight better?
I don’t have an easy answer but it starts by talking sports in the appropriate forums.
How many people are looking at information and making a decision on their plays? Regardless, are you going to take the time to share your plays? Are you going to take the time to go into another’s thread and say why you like or don’t like his picks?
Guys looking to express their opinions are more likely to do so on “hot topics” or controversial subjects like race, religion, politics, etc, compared to liking team B instead of team A.
So, quick solution - stay in sports forums and share your opinions.
And boredom is main reason I’m down here in Rubber Room but rarely post here.
