I honestly don't understand why you are 100% sure he would have stiffed you? Because he was booking you is not a reason. Because he sent weird PM's in not a reason.

Kirk, you have two other threads to call people names, I respectfully requested that you stop doing so in this thread

hoping to generate a more theoretical discussion, but it seems some are incapable of allowing that to occur

now I'm getting annoyed

alright, I'm done

I suggest you change your name and start over, never mention this incident again.

your approach is not winning, and you're attacking one of the most respected posters here while he's just toying with you

he's fishing for laughs

If you are dumb enough to bet with someone who you know isn't going to pay you, at the very least be man enough to pay your losses.

The people of this forum are just blatant liars. Its hilarious.

3/5 people claim they would pay someone who never had any intention of paying.

Yea right. You people are stupid.

First, i've never stiffed anyone in my life, i've done business with a few people on the forum here, and have always paid and vice versa. I'm always the one exposing stiffs.

That said, if I found out, 100% I was being hoodwinked by an individual, would I pay them up? Absolutely not...

If I funded a fake offshore book with a creditcard, lost the majority of my balance, then I found out the offshore book operated by scamming everyone and not paying a cent out, i'd issue a chargeback in an instant. The deal agreed upon was if you make money gambling they pay you, if not, you pay them. If they had no intention of paying you anything, why in the world would you pay them?

The same goes for anything else in life. If I agree to buy $20,000 worth of gold coins off a merchant and then later discover they are fakes worth less than $10, of course i'm not going to buy them even though I gave them my word I would.

These situations would never apply to me though, because anyone who does business with agents/bookies online is generally broke, and it's just two scammers trying to rip eachother off. However, there are a few exceptions i'd imagine.

actually Kirk, a lot more people have said you should pay, but didn't participate in the poll.

you can draw your own conclusions, but I would advise you to stop attacking the entire forum and stop calling everyone who disagrees with you some scholastic name.

take the high road
