i'm going to drive. been a while since i made the trek. so it shouldnt be so bad. it's nice having a car there too.

plus we have a little running to do, might save us about $300 or so

I find the current so-called 'security' checkpoints at airports to be way too intrusive now and won't take the risk of flying, except for east coast to west of Rockies.

Grab a stack of your favorite CDs and hit the road.

Plus if you get your ass kicked in the casinos, you'll have your car available for a quick sale to raise $$$

i dont feel like making the 5-6 hours trek. leave at 11:45am tomorrow will be at the sportsbook by 2:30pm, can't beat that.

fish, when are you leaving for your trip? what kind of car are you driving?

I-10 can be fairly quiet for much of the distance compared with many other Interstates.
