Uhhhh, but a lot more than 1% of USC starters will make the pros. I don't know precisely, but I would guess that maybe 6-9 of their 22 starters will make NFL teams next year, and probably another 4 or 5 would be very close and could easily compete. It doesn't matter who plays QB for Chicago. They would literally run USC into the ground. They'd move the ball at will and eventually USC would simply have to give up.

This is a nobrainer. You could scrape from the bottom of the barrel in the NFL and field a better team than the USC Trojans, the Oklahoma Sooners, or whatever other group of 18-22 year old kids you want to field.

Just because a player "Will be a pro-bowler" or just because "he would start on their team" really doesn't make a difference right now.
Every player has to go through training camp and compete at the NFL level before you can just drop down a blanket statement that they player is all-world before even stepping on an NFL field.

I but the Bears as a 14 point favorite & my money would be on USC.
