How about setting up a new account to process EFTs.

The only way the US found the 1st account was at the founder's bail hearing when it was disclosed.

Bottom line is Neteller is just saving their own asses.

If someone private like Calvin or Spiro ran neteller, you would never have even known that the US seized funds.

That's a ridiculous statement, you don't think FINCEN can't see everything?

Transactions over $10k get reported to US treasury, that is another check system seperate from FINCEN's ability to literally look at the SWIFT and ACH wires in real-time. You think NETELLER could transfer 8 figures into a U.S. dollar bank account to send ACH's to customers, and they wouldn't know immediately?! You think there's any bank that wouldn't have those funds "cleared" with several government agencies before they even posted the funds to the account balance?

They dislike payment systems like NETELLER, because they obfuscate FINCEN's transparent view of all financial transactions. That's why every time there's any report on terrorist funding or money laundering, non-bank transaction systems all get named.

Do you know how many accounts move 8 or 9 figures daily into the US and out?
