Are people recognizing those two wins when UCONN wasn't even one of the top 30 teams? what's that saying - fooled by randomness

hell yes

Being from 'cuse, I am shocked they got in. I am even more shocked they were not in the "last 4 in"

Went to Cuse and a huge die hard fan - cannot believe they got in - 13 losses? at the same time I can see them bouncing MSU in a heart beat - this is a team that can get to the final four

I'm not gonna lie - I hate UCONN but they sure have had an insane amount of success and never get mentioned as an elite program - I don't want them stealing any of my recruits but the ACC really needs to boot BC for UCONN - BC just went winless in conference in football and hoops

I've always noticed with the committee it is better to play a tough schedule and lose than it is to play a weak one and win. Better to be the 6th best team in a good conference than too dominate the MEAC and slip up in conf. tourney.

UConn has been one of my teams I root for outside of the Ducks... I hit the jackpot with the two recent championships

East!

North Carolina
Xavier
West Virginia
Kentucky
Indiana
Notre Dame
Wisconsin

The East way too stacked, the South as well. They should have moved at least 2 teams there to the West. But should be a good tourny.

Every year the west has the weakest field because it usually is the worst 1 seed and generally the committee tries to put teams as close to him as they can and there usually aren't that many good teams in the western US so they take the worst seeds and put them in the west.

Both Syracuse and Tulsa have clouds over their programs, are not good teams, yet they are in the tournament. Absurd.

South Carolina beat Vandy & Tulsa head to head yet they are in and South Carolina’s out.

Apparently Villanova is the worst #2 seed, even worse than Xavier, which is ridiculous.

Seton Hall beat Xavier (a #2 seed) twice in the last 10 days and won their conference tourney, yet they get a 6 and shipped to Denver to play west coast teams.
Comical.

This process sucks and everyone involved should be fired. I love the argument that “we argue about it and that’s part of the greatness
Um, yeah, ok.
