As for the teaser, frick, that would've hit with a parlay!!! I used to do that, but I haven't this yr. Maybe I'll start next wk. And of course, then it won't hit on the parlay!

Hmm, yes Bill, hard to believe those names are underdogs too. Haven't really looked at any yet, but dogs are always live in the NFL, IMO. My last 2 GOY's were big winners, so if I feel a line is so far off, then I'll play it that way. We'll see, I may not end up with any. At least I don't use the "L" word!

I know CHI beat IND, but that was with a rusty Peyton, and injured oline. Also, PHI may be 5-4, but those losses were all tuff ones vs good teams at their best. WAS seems to be on borrowed time, but will be interested to see how they do down the stretch, esp with Portis hurting now.

i feel that pitt is higher than was, car, and phi, so i would put pitt at 3 depsite the loss.
this team has "balls" and you cant teach that, they dont bitch about anything, play smashmouth football, and are not afraid to hit big plays. injuries do not weather this team.

PIT is an intriguing pick Bill. They would have to simulate something like their previous super bowl run. However, unless they get home field, I feel they don't have that veteran leadership & coaching staff to win on the road, esp to teams like IND, TEN, BAL, & NE. And w/out a solid run gm, they give teams like IND a chance to backdoor at the end of gms. That's why my pick for super bowl is TEN. That said, I think TEN's only loss will come against PIT! By then, TEN will have wrapped up home field throughout, and PIT will need that win to take their division. Man, but TEN's got to be excited at their success this yr after so much failure the previous seasons. I think Fisher, Haynesworth, and Collins all want to prove they've still got it. That infused with the terrific talent in their younger players gives the result we're seeing.
Jax beats tenn this week i think, but a titans sb pick is still solid as they come. really though, chi with orton would have knocked off tenn. grossman is a piece of shit....
futures are tough, inuries... just look at all those poeple who have dallas SB picks at +450 say....
Houston is another good dog play this week, along with cleveland really. the more i think about it, you cant lay over a fg with buffalo in the shambles that they are in and extra prep work for clev.
denver still a decent dog this week too, atl has to come down to reality sometime and +5 type teams do well. problem is den doesnt matchup in this game well at all.
Saints are the best favorite pick on the board.

Yeah, HOU & CLE look great for upsets. Not so much JAX, as I questioned TEN's motivation against CHI, but the old Titans used to get beat on by division rival JAX. TEN is getting revenge on all those guys right now.
