Its a good question but based on the simplicity of the following TieBreak Rule

"Two-Way Tie
Any tie between two teams will be decided by the result of their head-to-head game."


and specifically the fact that this does not include any lessened "value" for an OT or Shootout Win.....it does seem that however Finland can manage to prevail then we get what we want.

MD can't speak for the nation, this NA team is fun to watch-every other game seems to be in slow motion compared to the kids. I think T Canada would need to adjust, think they match up better Vs Russia. Thornton, Getzlaf, Perry and a few others would struggle with NA's speed

Vancouver, I think. Might be the best option for activity? No to imply other options are Boring by comparison and may be that most colorful location is not what you want? May be a more laid back place, would be preferred.
