Dry rubbed Pork baby backs slow cooked in the oven wrapped in foil.. glaze with sauce then charred of the grill..

Qatarded rule
I’m a fan of a good char! Also a fan of a little bite n chew. That fall off the bone stuff is just crock pot material

No smoker? Butcher paper? Swear the butcher paper is clutch over foil but nothing against a foil wrap. Love that top it off toss on grill Char.

I’m more a dry rub only (if smoking) but give me a light glaze on grill ribs!

Fire up some jumbo beef ribs! The good cuts. Totally worth it.

I knew a guy that I have always played basketball my entire life

He's still in great shape

He had a freaking heart attack

IF you saw him and how skinny he is and knew how active he is, you'd never think it

He went to not one but two doctors, and they wanted his eating habits

He told them (and me) all he eats if pork, no other meats, just pork pork pork cauz he liked it so much

BOTH doctors told him it's the worst meat you can eat and to stop

Now, if that isn't enough, I'm in pretty good shape too

But my cholesterol had been high for a long time

I decide to start eating better, and cut out pork altogether

After about 6 months, at a new general family dr i found because the office I used to go to shut down, I had to get a new blood test

My cholesterol is now perfect

All of that coincidence with my buddy and myself?

I don't think so fellas

Genetics

I knew a guy fat as Hog. But a vegetarian for 15+ years. No soda no meat.

Doctors told him he had high cholesterol and needed lose weight and incorporate better proteins like fish or chicken

Hated fish chicken and steak but loved pork. Ate pork daily and lost over 140 pounds in two years. Now healthy as ever and eats predominantly pork. Doctors say he is in great shape

Hog saved the Hog

Not that he mentioned

Fully recovered and back to normal life and being active

I just won't forget the story he told me about him telling the doctors all he ate was pork non-stop and they told him to stop

Then when i stopped my cholesterol is perfect

Maybe coincidence, who knows, but I'm not going back to it other than every now & then

Rumor is he will be on sidelines. Working the smoker cooking up some hog. Team moral player/coach. Late late sub if needed per Argentina reports I’m hearing
funny he still has the hype with some fans

Schedule

Put your coffee or tea on. During the group stage, which goes from Nov. 20 to Dec. 2, the games are played at 5 a.m., 8 a.m., 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. ET. USMNT fans, the stars and stripes play all of their group-stage matches at 2 p.m. ET, and with a few exceptions, such as Argentina vs. Saudi Arabia on Nov. 22, most of the 5 a.m. games fail to get the pulse really racing, if you need some extra sleep and want to binge the feisty games later on in the day.
Games in the round of 16, quarterfinals and semifinals will take place at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. ET, and the final will start at 10 a.m. on Dec. 18.

Closing in on milestones and records

  • Messi looks to overtake Maradona: Diego Maradona holds the record for most individual appearances in World Cup matches at 21. Messi is hot on his tail at 19, and will almost surely overtake him this World Cup.

  • Five World Cups, Part 1: Four men's players in history have scored at four different World Cups: Pele, Miroslav Klose, Uwe Seeler and Cristiano Ronaldo. If Ronaldo scores in Qatar, he'll be the only man ever to score in five.

  • Five World Cups, Part 2: The record for most World Cups won by a single country is five, which only Brazil has managed to accomplish. On the other hand, Germany could equalize Brazil's record of five if they win in Qatar.

  • The Long Shot: The record for most goals in a World Cup was set by France's Just Fontaine in 1958, recording an incredible 13 goals. The last time any player even got to double digits was Gerd Muller in 1970 with 10. This record doesn't seem to be in particular danger of falling.
