Have to agree.

With Davies out, the United States will probalby get out of their group, but get no farther.

I don't see a lot of upsets in this tournament.

i think slovenia will be number 2 in group c. because they're strong, fast and have a great offense/defense. they beat much tougher opponents on their way than the USA.

I believe arsenal stated he would be out for "approximately six weeks" back in mid November...hopefully sometime in January.

agreed, but there's no problem to win/exit the group stage...many teams will squash them though, like italy, spain, brazil, argentina and france

England has a good as shot as anyone to win. Capello has made a huge difference. Yeah, they are weak in goal, but if someone steps up, they will be as good as anyone. Goaltending is a little overrated IMO.

Brazil should win.

englands goalies are terrible and it will show ....these are the worlds best no room 4 mistakes

on another note australia, germany and ghana is a good group .two very physical it will hurt ghana's chances bad matchups 4 them but they might fight through.

I am going to backpeddle and say that a horrible goalie can kill any team. However, I don't think spectacular goaltending is absolutely necessary to win a World Cup.
