hey willy boy, that was a real quality thread, and do you know why?? Because it's real life problems. I only talk about real things that go on in everyday life, not what word you are thinking of??

I have to say, this has to be one of the most boring threads of all time, and it put me to sleep. If I wanted to fall asleep, all I have to do is go to Peeps place and I will have no problem doing that. Man, is that place boring!!

i used to get panic attacks like crazy until i started getting regular exercise. i dont know how many times i thought i was having a heart attack just to go to the ER and they give me some atavan and tell me to go home.

also, dont take me too serious anybody just joking with sick. maybe i can trick BTJ to come out of the woodworks. its what the fans want damn it.

i think the last time i actually had a panic attack was a few months back. it was mild, but i had a lot of hard alcohol that night (i dont do that very often) and pizza which is high in sodium. very bad combo. i also wasnt getting much excercise at the time.

but when they checked out my heart 7-8 years ago and just said the reason for my panic attack was 'mitral valve prolapse'. a very common thing that millions and millions of americans have and its really not that big of a deal.

she said if i want to tottaly avoid it, stay away from caffiene & smoking. noooooo wayyyyyy.
