Yesterday: 2-0/YTD: 20-17, +1.22
I am going to bet the Storm today. Vegas is getting bet right now, so I will wait until closer to tip, or the line starts moving in the other direction. I assume the Aces are being bet because Chelsea Gray is back and people are waiting for them to go on a run. I bought into some of that on Saturday against the Liberty. I do believe they will go on a run and be the third or fourth seed when the playoffs roll around. They should win this game, I just think the number should be about 4. Anything +6 or better is a bet for me on Seattle. I will post the bet once I make it.

I think I’m going to bet the Storm here. This might be the part of Connecticut’s schedule where they struggle after their great start. They lost by 11 the other night in Vegas. Now they are at Seattle who is another good team. I’m going to wait and see if any money comes in on CT.

Annoying day. Should have just bet the Sky on the moneyline, like I did with Seattle. Dallas fell apart in the third quarter of their game. It happens, I’m just frustrated because it happened in the mlb today too. One of those days. No action tomorrow and only one game on Tuesday, so I might not have any bets until Wednesday.

I’m fading the Lynx early in their game with Dallas. The Lynx are coming off winning the in-season tourney, pocketing 30k apiece and doing some celebrating. Now they play in Dallas early on Thursday. Seems like a good opportunity to bet Dallas. I wouldn’t mind betting them first quarter either. GL

Taurasi and another starter have been ruled out for Phoenix. Basically maintenance days. I like the Mercury at +4.5 if you haven’t bet it. I feel fine with +3, even though you always want the best number. The Sun have lost three of four. They were just out west on a road trip, came home for one game and now are out west again. Phoenix should still have decent firepower with Griner, Copper and Cloud.

The Fever have not fared well against the Sun, Storm, Liberty and Aces this year. They haven’t faced Minnesota yet, who has been one of the best teams all year and won the in-season tourney. Against the four teams I mentioned, they have lost every game by double digits except for one. Until the Fever show they can hang with these top tier teams, they have been and continue to be a bet against. GL

Hopefully I don’t get bad news on the injury front again with Phoenix. The other night they sat Taurasi and Allen after I bet them. Allen is questionable again, but she’s not who I’m really interested in. Griner is questionable for personal reasons. Usually, players miss a game if it’s a personal thing. Dallas can cover this spread even if she plays, but clearly they would be better off if she doesn’t. I am going to wait until closer to tip before I make the bet. I want to get the fair price, as opposed to trying to get ahead of a line move that never happens. I won’t have time to post later if the line moves, so I’m using a line that is available now. GL
