Never not one time have I EVER had an issue with 5dimes........I've been paid like clockwork for years. Whether it was PP, Neteller, Checks, Person to Person, Debit reload cards, agents, book to book, player transfer for PP, or now bitcoin. Not one single issue in all the years I have played with them. Never had any bullshit customer service issues either. Guess I'm just "lucky"

Red Eye, if you don't mind the questions, did you deposit by credit card and request your most recent payout by check? If so, this time did they require you to send another copy of your driver's license, another copy of a utility bill, copies of the front side of each credit card you used to fund the account, and a signed statement that each of the credit card transactions was authorized by you?

I've had some issues with delays on check payouts in the past, but nothing like the hoop-jumping they're asking for this time.

Same here. NEVER have or will use my credit card for this.
