If @realdonaldtrump still has Q level security clearance from the DOE, the entire case against him is a complete sham.
He would be explicitly allowed to have classified documents, by virtue of that security clearance.
Furthermore, the fact that Biden tried to remove Trump's security clearance and then reclassify the documents Trump was already in possession of is especially damning.
