That was a fluky TD for the cover but then again, VT missed an XP length FG and got stopped on the 1 inch line. Bottom line it was a close game, and the final score showed it. If you are gonna call a big game and it doesn't turn into a blowout, you are better off keeping your mouth shut and just collecting your $$ if you win.

I'm truly stunned right now. The betting Gods seemed to be in favor of Auburn all night. Va Tech dropped an easy TD in the first half, then missed a gimme FG in the second. Seemed like the stars were aligned.

A buddy of mine who also had Auburn -6 calls me up after the INT with 3 mins to go. Tells me to start popping the bubbly because our plays were in the bank, and I knew at that second something bad was about to happen. The Tigers couldn't run the ball for sh*t all night, so there was no way in hell they'd grind out even one first down which would have killed the clock.

Damn...I go from getting screwed on a non back door cover from the 2 yard line by West Virginia to a heartbreaking money line loss on Michigan to a ridiculous bomb backdoor cover by Va Tech. Great week overall, but I'm still taking some tough losses.

And sorry, Tiger fans...not a chance in hell you'll even come close to the top spot in the AP poll with a sloppy finish like that. Most likely, you'll finish third.

Your missing the point, this "Joe **** the ragman" punk kid is doing NOTHING and has done NOTHING but toss out wild claims of $20,000 wagers on games but yet seemingly doesn't have the brain power to post his reasons for making a play on Auburn.

I think Deb was right on with her remark about his doing nothing but cluttering the board up with useless nonsense which of course is the very same thing that alot of you do that are condoning his behavior.

At least Harrington, GoSooners and a slew of others intelligently post the reasons why they like a certain team which makes for an informed discussion, nothing is worse than having to wade thru meaningless threads like this one that do nothing but take up space.

I'm out...its way too tiring trying, its like the ole saying "None are so blind as those who will not see".

And oh by the way, I am on VT +6.5 and UNDER 44.5 because I see this as a low scoring defensive game, both teams have been off since Dec 4th and that often leads to stagnant offensive play in the first half of these late Bowl games, a tried and true handicapping axiom to follow says to take a dog getting more than a fieldgoal if you think the total will come in UNDER.
