Orton lacked the fire in his belly to be a quality NFL QB. After 2011, the Chiefs wanted him back to compete with Cassel for the starting QB, and the Head Coach was a supporter of him over Cassel, because Orton basically gave Romeo the HC Job in 2012. Instead, he wimped out and went to Dallas to be a backup that likely would hardly play.
