but I am not so sure now. he moved my pick thread into the rr just because sea comes over here from the other forum and shits in it.
I have no problem with mods putting a copy in the rr and cleaning up the thread in the pick forum.
I asked what the deal was in thread in the rr
no responce.I do not beleive that this is right and even worst they will not give the reason they did this.

wilheim does a hell of a job, and if u are wondering why alot of your threads get moved, its probably because most of the replies to your threads, are u talking to yourself as your "other" personas..

interesting, wil & I have but heads once or twice about contraversial issues, however I beleive his work here is second to none...
1) Wil is always one of the first to help rx'ers find a link to an old thread or an interesting site with useful information.
2) also offers excellent insights which are very educational, & has vast experience.
As for the work of the mod's It is at times necessarry, there were times this year that the NCAAB forum was getting out of hand. Although I will say this, in the interest of censorship I would prefer it if the MOD's would chime in on a thread that they felt was offending or inappropriate in some way or another, & ask for the offenders to put an end to the matter's. This should be done before a thread is moved or deleted...
IMHO even if someone say's something racist or sexist...it should stay up...MOD's should warn but censorship is dangerous.

SS - thanks, in all hosesty editing and deleting, or moving threads is the hardest part of this job. No one likes to do any of the three. Basically I only move threads that are out in out flame wars, posters attacking each other rather than the post itself. Porn we try to keep out of the regular forums and in the RR. Very inanane threads sometime are no-brainers, and get moved to the RR immediately. After that it is a matter of opinion. I have regretted several edits or thread moves after the fact, but you learn as you go. The truth is there is no training, or even rules to moderating, it is more or less just using common sense, which not always an easy thing to do correctly.
Dead on, glad to see you do have a sense of humor. Things are not all bad.
