let's get THIS STRAIGHT....he wasnt BANNED from this board until he sent threatening messages to us.....funny how we moved YOUR THREAD to site promotions, and HE RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY.....threatening the RX, telling us how you and him are the ONLY THING that matters at the RX and that everyone else is losers, etc....

I am not trying to twist anything Bucs. I am aware that he was banned after doing what you say. All I am saying is that I contacted him AFTER he said he wasn't going to post anymore.

fair enough, you are correct in what you say there...
I simply want people to know how he acted, and the things he said....he was NOT BANNED when that happened....posters tend to like to go other places and cry later on how they were mistreated and banned because they were "winning so much" etc.....never mentioning things like threatening to "bring the site down" and wishing death and poverty on employees, etc.....
and i'll state again, you didn't do that, he did...

Wildcats29 took a position as a consultant with a franchise in one of the top 4 sports leagues in the US. He no longer felt comfortable posting his plays on the message board. So he posted that in the NFL forum and told people to email him and they could get his plays. According to him, the post only lasted a few hours before it was deleted, I guess because he gave out his email address. So then there was the back and forth with the forum and he was banned.
I contacted Wildcats29 before the email exchange and told him I'd like to give him an opportunity to reach a larger crowd. I won't go into all the details of the discussions but bottom line is, Wildcats29 is now able to get his plays to a much larger audience. Which is what his goal was from the beginning, to help people who want to follow his plays. He's not twisting anyone's arm, but if you see that he wins in sports and wanted to tail him, if you've made money on his plays before, you still can do that.
The other thing the relationship does is take all of the administrative stuff off his plate because he's very busy and has no time to deal w/ that. So he doesn't even have to worry about emailing out plays. He just tells me what they are and I take it from there.
This certainly did not start as a ploy to sell his plays, it was necessary in his view to not post because of his new job. Now things come from me, from my IP address, and he is completely out of harm's way. No way to tie anything to him.
I don't see how you can look down on him for making a decision not to post anymore - I certainly wouldn't feel comfortable doing it if I was working as a paid consultant and surfing the web on a pro-sports team's laptop. And I don't see how you can fault me for doing what I did. Had I not stepped in, I guarantee the small list that he had amassed would probably get emails for a few weeks and then stop when Wildcats realized he didn't have time to send stuff out to those people every single time he had a NFL, College FB, MLB or Fight card, let alone when its NBA and College BB season. Me stepping in allows his stuff to be viewed and received by an infinitely larger group of people.
No one is forcing anyone to buy anything. But if it wasn't for this, likely very soon no one would ever get his valuable plays, which win year in and year out.

He was Willing to just email his plays for FREE to a bunch of posters. But YOU made him an offer to Change all that, to Take over that Mailing List, and Make a Profit off of Him ! And Screw the Posters ! Make them Pay ! for something that he was Willing to give out Free.

Hmm, you must not understand how things work.
1. When you are as busy as wildcats29 is, I can guarantee there is no way he'd be able to send out plays via email for more than 1 or 2 weeks with consistency. Then it would die off, and no one gets them.
2. I believe the first or 2nd week he sent out plays, he sent them just after kickoff after the early games. So no one even had them in time to take advantage of the plays. AKA no one can make profit
3. The number of people he was sending them to was very small. I know that for a fact. That's because the mods deleted the thread. So it's ironic that you are talking about not wanting to screw the posters, and now you are complaining that he's not emailing any posters plays. Yet the mods deleted the thread where he was trying to get emails to help the posters. That's gun to the head ironic, if you ask me.
Wildcats won in every sport he played this weekend - MMA, CFB, NFL. The little amount that was charged for all 3 sports was easily offset by his winnings. He's one of the few posters that rarely has losing days or weeks, which is why paying a few bucks for his plays may make sense to many.
And the point of the whole thing, I'll emphasize again, is he was not going to post here again, so he'd be helping no one. He tried to collect email addresses, but the thread was deleted. So he had a few people he was willing to help. But he couldn't even get the plays out to the people before kickoff, he is that busy. Again, he was and would continue to help hardly any one because of the situations that happened, had I not stepped in. I made a deal with him and now he's helping many more people than before, and I'm fairly certain than anyone who buys his stuff will still have a profit to show for it, even factoring in price, at the end of the season. I'd be shocked if they didn't.
You make it sound like he was still posting here, helping thousands for free, and I stole him. That's completely not the case whatsoever, he was helping hardly anyone and not even getting the plays to them before kickoff. I'm allowing him to help thousands again, I'm allowing them to get the plays well before kickoff, and get all the other stuff like MMA/Boxing, which are his true specialty sports.
I want to emphasize I'm not looking to start anything, I am just trying to set the record straight on the events as they occurred. There's no need for speculation or assumption when the facts are known, so I am simply sharing them. I am not looking to promote anything, merely set the record straight and explain the logic of the decisions and actions that occurred.
