WildBill I agree the bettor has no worries but this is added pressure on the banks. The banks make this all happen. You are wrong(as usual) about the level of cooperation from offshore banks and the DOJ. Previous convictions for violations of the wire act included offshore bank account transaction info.

I am sorry , but i must say this , i disagree with all of you about this BILL . I am quite sure that all of you have a gaming account with some offshore book , but still you guys wanna go against them , i dont get it i am sorry i dont . Please assist me here .

Wrong as usual? That is a good one. Why didnt you come and disagree earlier? Could you quantify that? Most of the time what I post here is based on what I hear and in this speculative matter what I hear and make of it and what you hear and make of it can be completely different and in the end neither of us might be right. I dont run a bank and I dont follow exactly what they do each day, but I do know this. The DOJ probably wishes they could get 100 times more cooperation from them than they ever get, so based on that I make the statement that there is little they could get. Sure things on rare occasions go their way, but often done with dubious reasoning. I dont say that there is 100% assurance that people wont get in trouble, I just go on practicality and what is reality. Doesnt that make the most sense?
