Yes, he's a very good coach and you are fortunate to have him.

His teams are always well prepared, he makes good in-game adjustments and when I watch him, I don't see any really dumb decisions which afflicts so many egotistical hot heads in this league.

I like him as far as culture-building goes, and he did finally start to some some better play calling late in the season

I will say this criticism about Burrow.....he needs to be more willing to play under center next season. Browning had success because Taylor was able to call a more McVey-style offense. Burrow overrides Taylor a lot/calls a lot of audibles.

I hope they can implement some of that with Burrow back. But Burrow has to not be stubborn and willing to evolve that way
