This guy from Wikileaks has been telling EVERYBODY who would listen for well over a year that he had all this info and would release it........And yet people believe the Govt (whoever that might be) is shocked and its time to start censoring the internet when he finally does release them months upon months later.....They've had a years ADVANCE notice and they couldnt stop him???????????? But 3 Beatles songs and they shutting down torrent sites (without court orders) and throwing people in jail ???????

From what i've gathered he isn't releasing this stuff directly to the general population. He is actually offering it to new outlets to run the storys. So far nothing that has come up has been that big of deal. Some other hackers who worked with him thinks he actually works for the government and this is all just a front to install strict regulations on the internet.
Exactly, they supply the problem, that way when they supply the solution, we're all for it and there is little discourse.
