But in such a case 'he'(Joe Public) retains more selection on where and how he will be 'taxed' via his consumer choices.
This is far preferable to the current system which is founded in taking 15-28% of my adjusted gross income and then using portions of it to murder people in other countries with our military.
Others might cheer that allocation, while decrying something that I endorse.
