One of the funniest things on a message board is when someone ostensibly puts someone on ignore, and yet posts that they put them on ignore. And asks someone else what they said, or speculates on what they said. If you are REALLY ignoring a person, for whatever reason, you actually ignore them, and don't care what they say.
What I don't get, and you're hardly the worst offender, is to announce you have someone on ignore, and yet post about them, ask about what they say, comment on what you think they said. In all my (too many) years on message boards, I've only put one person on ignore. It was a Chief message board, and guess what, I actually ignored him, and never cared what he posted, what he said, etc. He stopped existing in my world, and it made the board experience more pleasant.
