Winston doesnt have the discipline yet to play reserved and not take chances. Which is an angle towards TB scoring some points today against this horrible Jax secondary who happens to now be missing their best tackler this week. On the reverse side, Bortles has shown the ability and fearlessness to sling the ball as well. Jax has alot of talent on offense. With both things considered my opinion the Over is the best play on this game although I do lean taking the +3 in this coin flip game.
