Well kinda. lets take a look at it.
1. Vick: missed a year; broken leg from running
2. culpepper: ACL from runn8ing
3. McNabb: He's missed a couple years worth of games for all kinds of reasons
4. Mcnair: See McNabb
Aaron Brooks: Just sucks outright
5. leftwich: Not your traditional black quarterback but still missed time, sucks, and has a slow delivery
6. vince Young: Only a matter of time before he misses a season especially since he is on the madden cover. Already overated as he had the worst stats of any QB this season, but I forgot, he did lead the team to a whopping 8 freakin wins. haha. Grossman gets ripped on, yet he played better than vince but everyone pats vince on the back.
Also, black quarterbacks are pretty much done by time they reach 30. Once they h9it 30, they are on the downside of their career as opposed to the greatest QB of all time, Peyton manning who is 31 and is in his prime and has never missed a start. Look at the top 4 quarterbacks in the lead. Manning, palmer, brees, Brady. they are all pocket guys that don't run.
Russel will suck. have GM's not noticed this trend
So which is it, is it the running out of the pocket the reason why black QB's are hurt or do they just suck in your opinion? You add all of the black quarterbacks in the above quote but not all of them are considered "running" Qb's.
Peyton Manning is probably the exception and not the rule for any players not just quarterbacks to have played as long as he has without injury. He has just been lucky (and had decent lines) to keep him healthy and less to do with the color of his skin.
You say black quarterbacks quality diminishes after 30 well you can say that about most players cant you? Brett Farve isn't the same player as he was 5-6 years ago is he? Even though you say that McNair is consistently hurt, he did take the Ravens to a productive playoff year at 33. And what about Warren Moon? He was dropping 4000 yard passing seasons at ages 34, 35, 38 as well as 39. Also check out Randall Cunningham's career in which he got an MVP after 30 (1998). Thats not bad for a position that has a shelf life of 7 years, huh?
