Ok, you can say whatever you'd like. It's not a fake photo. It's not photoshopped and it is him. He can deny it all he wants.
The first thing everyone did when they saw that photo was determine if it's fake or not. And nobody says it's a fake photo. If it's a fake photoshopped photo, it's the greatest fake I've ever seen.
In fact, you and one word response slapshot at the RX are the only people I've seen out there saying it's a fake.

What I can say with absolute certainty is that nobody can possibly reach the conclusion you did in this post. We just don't know, and fake news (fake photos) happen more often than not on the internet in the modern era

Do you think every single sports news outlet questioning McElwain about this and reporting on it have ignored the fact the photo could be photoshopped? In other words, don't you think most of them have done their homework to avoid embarrassing themselves and their credibility? That's the first question I would've asked.
You can say with absolute certainty that nobody can conclude the man is McElwain? Why are people asking him about it if nobody can conclude it's him?
