prob the virus is able to detect the imaginary borders in our great country. It then is able to quickly disseminate where there is a difference of more than 3% of the population in the 2016 presidential election

unfortunately places Like Pa, Mi, Fl get fucked with it not being able to distinguish that small %

also La gets fuked despite a whooping 20% difference in voting

also maybe people are not really smart when it comes to simple comparative stats with big numbers

let's look at super libtard California. it represents all that is wrong with the left and more. Also 2nd biggest blue state for voting only below Hawaii (and DC)

37.68 million people 7,425 confirmed cases = 1 infection per 5,074 people

California 1/5,074
Indiana 1/3,018
Arizona 1/5,029
Alabama 1/5,071
Tenn 1/3,160
Ohio 1/5969

clearly the virus needs to get its act together and start infecting the fuck out of California to make up for lost time.

looking deeper into it. Some of the numbers make sense. Obviously states with larger international airport cities, international traveling big business, international vacation traveling affluent people, international 1st, 2nd, 3rd generation citizens with family over seas. Population densitiy, public transport, tourism ect. Will see the first waves and early #'s as this spreads.

BUT why is a place like Oklahoma averaging more deaths from Covid19 per capita than a place like Illinois

Oklahoma 1 death per 164,869
Illinois 1 death per 176,301

its way way too early to get a grip on these numbers. I doubt we are getting anything that timely or accurate.

I do fear for the Rural areas, and their lack of resources and access to health care as this starts to spread. Let's hope that the warm spring and summer kills this off and gives us all a few months to regroup and prepare for the fall wave.

This is my take on it also. It just makes sense!

Deaths in IL are mostly Chicago and suburbs.
Across the state, 99 fatalities have been associated with the virus, an increase of 26 from one day earlier. Additional deaths were reported in Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake, McLean, Morgan, St. Clair and Will counties.

In a hearing before the House Oversight and Reform Committee on Thursday, Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease, was asked if people who have contracted the virus might now be immune.

“We haven’t formally proved it, but it is strongly likely that that’s the case,” Fauci said. “Because if this acts like any other virus, once you recover, you won’t get reinfected.”

Thats actually funny.

Weird thing is i was wondering how transgenders were dealing with this flu and how immune their body is to all this.

I say this b/c i knew a transgender (distant family member on wife's side) who died 2-3 years ago due to the flu. We always wondered if their body was NOT immune to certain things b/c of the operation?

I've been spending a lot of the time I normally would waste at work with sports on reading about how different parts of the country are reacting and preparing for Covid19 locally.

the more I read, the more I'm really concerned for the health care systems in the Rural areas, especially the South, as they tend to be the worst of americans, health wise.

I see a lot more hospital closures coming. And they will be the very last in line as they'll get hit with the last waves of this virus. I just keep holding out hope that the warm weather will provide safety.

Hospitals operate on very thin margins. Even in more populated affluent areas we are seeing go fund me campaigns attempt to raise money to buy PPE. This hourse of cards is going to come tumbling down.
