heh..I see that based on your continued focus on spending time lecturing our 30person cyberpub, you're not going to be going out to do some legwork within your own community and are instead going to wait on someone else (Obama, mcCain...whoever) to do the work.

I tear down Obama signs where ever I see them. I pull my car over and tear out that litter known as a Hussein Obama sign. They are un-american and disguisting. His whole campaign is disguisting.

I tell anybody that would listen what a horrible president he would be if elected and I do encourage people who do dislike him to actually come out and vote against him.

It is one thing to dislike him, it is another thing to vote against him. I live in a swing state.

Your original whining in Post 1 of this thread was about how the "average guy" is not getting the right information about the Important Stuff.

That's your job.

You can burn time here lecturing SportsBettors on your personal political bigotries.

You can burn more time destroying private property.

But at the end of the day, if you want The Other Guy to know the importance of Criminalizing Abortion and Criminalizing The Gay, you'll have to get out into the real world and interact with real people.

Hint - Destroying private property is likely not an impressive icebreaker for most right thinking Americans

Signs posted on the side of the road in the common ground is not private property. This is not the people's republic of America.

You don't even know my positions.

Are you certain?

If I, say, park my car with advertisements on it at the side of the road, does it cease to be my private property, too?

Political signage placed legally on the common ground is protected from theft. In most jurisdictions it's defined as petty larceny unless you really get rowdy and want to steal several hundred in which case you could push up towards grand larceny (Often $1500+ will kick that in)

Though admittedly most any clever asshole can steal them with little chance of being aprehended.

As for your positions, you're right, I don't know them.

And neither does much of anyone else in your community since you're too busy ranting on the internet and stealing other people's property.

I do know that of the few "positions" you've espoused here at our SportsHandicapping web forum, you're not overly serious about any of them or you'd be out doing something legitimate to advance them in your community.

Actually, a quick research indicates that the threshold for Grand Larceny within the state of Virginia is just $200.

If you were really stealing signs, I'd be worried that you might be arrested and face 1+ years in prison.

But you're not, so it's all good.

There are 4 Democrats moderating the debates, and although they haven't and won't display their bias during the debate, unlike Dan Rather-make-it-up, they can choose questions that feed into Obama's strength today, the economy, and do so in a very non-threatening way.

The Brokaw debate was nothing more than an expansion of talking points and political advertisements, as opposed to questions about the practicality or problems people may have with their proposals.

Lehner 's debate was actually pretty good.

I remember Dan Rather-make-it-up actually becoming part of the debate on the Democratic side, that was a classic back in the day.

My question is why won't either candidate admit that this country is flat broke?

I would like the canidates to talk about the problem with illegal immagration in the next debate. However, it seems like the economy and the middle east will get the majority of the time again in the next debate. Would be nice to hear about other important issues as well brought up and not hear the samething over and over in these debates.
