It depends on how you look at spygate. They call it spygate, but all the video equipment used was in plain site, same as it was previous years. It was the location that the NFL didn't like even know taping of the opposing sidelines was very common. It was also because they told them to STOP doing it and they DIDN'T. So they deserve the punishment they got. But stealing signals was par for the NFL don't kid yourself. Thats why coaches change them (or did at the time). Now they are mic'd up.

Deflating footballs to make it easier to throw/catch when ONLY the Pats were getting that advantage. Thats too tough look over. This is on Brady too, he would be the only one to ask for a certain feel of a ball.
