BetJamaica is aware of a technical problem within the horse department area of their overall website and are working on getting it fixed as we speak. I understand that it can be frustrating as does BetJamaica and all I can do is ask that you have some patience and not give up on an excellent book that is doing their best to resolve this problem.
Regarding the BetJamaica ATM cards, some players may experience a problem using the card today and maybe tomorrow and even Wednesday. That situation is similar to the horse room problem. The reason for the problem has been identified and BetJamaica Tech Support is working on having it fixed ASAP.
