That is statutory rape. That's totally different. I am talking about grown adults, raping children. They should be put to death, no questions asked. The world would be a better place.

It's not a stretch to imagine a prosecutor seeking the death penalty for a he said/she said situation where a 15 year old girl (legally a child) claims she was forcibly raped and a 17 year old guy claims it was consensual.
