Since Wilheim is an employee whose work is a direct reflection on me, I will answer only that he is doing what he has been asked to do. If you have issues with moderators which you think warrant my intervention, let me know and we can have a personal discussion. I think Wilheim is very knowledgeable, respectable, professional, courteous, and a good moderator for us. I respect him alot. Maybe there is fault in this situation by both of you. Either way, it's not a severe issue IMO. If it becomes such be assured I will be there to handle it.
