They stole the election with vote harvesting, mailing ballots to everyone which is something democrats tried to make a national law, but failed. (85% sure that law would be unconstitutional to begin with)
Butt then the pandemic happened, liberal nation used it in unison, excuses were made, and ballots were mailed to everyone
Is it unethical? absolutely
Is it illegal? certainly enables abuse
Is it fraud? most likely in some cases, but proving fraud is a very difficult concept, a very high bar to achieve
the most important thing about this ongoing fight is the make sure "cheating and / or fraud" is never enabled again. We have to restore trust and honor and integrity to the election process. Something democrats oppose for some strange reason
This is why i didn't care about Russia Interference in our election. It's universally recognized to have happened, but it's not like they got into our election to vote.
If Americans are stupid enough to believe the misinformation Russia put out, that's on us to a certain extent.

You understand Covid was the sole reason for the larger mail-ins. Believe it or not, but there was a gigantic reason for it.
The misinformation is pretty nuts in our country.I have a friend from the czech republic who has been here for 2 years. From her listening to people talk she thought mail-in ballots were just introduced into our voting system solely for this election. Nuts.

You usually have to make a request to obtain an absentee ballot. Some states even require a reason. Nancy tried to make it a law that all states have to mail ballots to everyone, but her efforts failed in 2018. The reason I say it's probably unconstitutional is because the constitution gives control of voting laws to each state. The pandemic is absolutely 1000% responsible for the change in this procedure this year, with democratic organizations suing states to make it happen.
