Forum moderators should promote interaction

The primary role of a forum moderator should be to promote interaction. A forum moderator should be posting new threads and adding new content to the site. They should be helping out members with their queries and they should be keeping threads alive by asking questions.

I agree that Mods should start a few Threads per day to get things going...
The funny thing is when we start more than a few, we get hit with ... " What are you doing, getting paid per Thread "

* same thing when Enfuego or Justin gets on a run with Threads

BUT there's more to this job than starting Threads ...
If I didn't start enough threads today, I'm sorry ... I was Helping 4 posters get paid from two different Sportsbooks .. Plus Post review ... Newbies, Bans ... and even Working on getting a New Sponsor.

So we also depend on the Everyday Poster to start a few ... and hopefully it snowballs ...
