Bernie is gaining a ton of steam. I don't know how Guesser and some of these guys can say that Hillary is a 100% lock for the nomination. Most of these polls don't mean shit. Most of them use LAN line phone call results, and many of the younger generation don't even own those.
Everywhere you go online, people discussing on forums, Democrat or Republican, NO ONE seems to like Hillary. I don't know how anyone can say she is a 100% shoe-in for the nomination.
I know many think that Bernie is a socialist crook, but to me, he is the ONLY candidate that really seems genuine and truly believes in his cause. With how comical our politics have been in this nation recently, that means something to huge numbers of voters.
It's funny to me how so many Americans feel like they are not getting fvcked by the big corporate lobbyists, etc. but feel like they are getting hammered with no lube by the $10 or so that comes out of their paycheck, that actually goes toward welfare and other similar programs.
Unless you are making $175k or so (depending on geographic location, etc.,) in the long run, you are getting boned wayyy harder by the former.
There is a HUGE disparity between the rich and the "not rich" in this country, and that is not going to change with the current mainstream candidates that keep being trotted out there every four years...
They want you to believe you will get rich someday working your $75k office job, but you won't, and they have you by the balls. And the cycle continues....
A huge emphasis needs to be placed on education. This world is changing and "evolving", as much as the die-hard right hate to admit it. Technological advances in the last 50 years have made it so people thousands of miles apart, even on another continent, can communicate and facetime, etc. The earth ain't gettin' any bigger, but the number of people in it continues to increase exponentially.
All of the "keep them out" and segregation stuff may work for now, and maybe even for our children, etc., but working toward assimilation HAS to happen as we progress forward globally. if humans are to thrive for the next several hundred years, and for this great nation to continue to be the world leader that it has always been, education needs to be moved to the forefront. And to have that happen, it MUST be affordable.
