Gimmick quarterbacks only work in high school and NCAA...If I don't have a guy I can count on to drop back 30 times a game and go through his progressions, I don't have a quarterback. None of this read option shit, wildcat, or pistol....When you see that, you know you suck.

for one we are not talking about dennis dixon or masoli,we are talking about marriota and this guy is much more skilled than those two were.don't get me wrong here,as i don't think any QB this year should be a really top pick in the draft cause they are not that worthy of that status,but marriota will be a good QB for somebody thats for sure

if you look,there are not these types of QB's in college anymore except for alabama and they never have a standout QB for the NFL anyway,they do it with team play,rushing,wide receiver screens,and defense
