ND will handle Hawaii no problem. Trust me on this one guys. Looks easy to take Hawaii playing at home against a struggling ND team, but this program is sick and tired of hearing about their pathetic bowl record. Finally, they are matched up against an opponent they can handle, and they will get the job done. The differential in talent level is immense. Hawaii is really low on talent. Just a matter of the Irish coaching staff lighting a fire under their players' asses for a change.

I live in Hawaii and still don;t understand why Hawaii is giving points. I am a Hawaii fan because I grew up that way, but the team this year is just too weary and you never know whats going to happen. They could have beat Cincy but acted tough when they were in the lead and blew it. I personally think Notre Dame is going to kill Hawaii, but won't bet because both teams suck period. BOL

It's all about matchups though. Both Cincy and Nevada are more speed oriented teams that don't have the kind of size that ND has at the line of scrimmage. Hawaii can handle those types of teams. I really see this being a repeat of the ND/Navy game. Everyone was talking Navy up all week despite the obvious advantage that ND had at the line of scrimmage. ND pretty much ran right over Navy, and I see them running right over a smallish Hawaii team too. The ND secondary is solid and will force some turnovers by the poor Hawaii QB unit. Hawaii cannot run the ball, which is ND's major weakness on defense. Hawaii won't be able to handle ND's size and it is a total farce that ND is a dog to a mediocre team from a truly pitiful conference.
I would not be so sure of that. Only one team all year easily handled ND and that was USC. USC would beat Hawaii by 50 points too, so big deal. Here is a summary of ND's other losses:
@ Michigan State - lost 23-7 - ND moved the ball well but Clausen threw a couple costly interceptions. Michigan State's running game was quite effective.
@UNC - ND blew a sizeable lead in this game and outgained UNC by over 100 yards, but lost the turnover battle 5-0 to lose 29-24.
vs. Pitt - ND lead 17-3 in the 2nd half only to implode and lose in OT to a decent Pitt squad.
vs. Syracuse - ND lead by DD in the 2nd half and choked again.
at BC - The ND defense pretty much shut down BC, but the ND offense made a myriad of mistakes to hand BC the game on a silver platter.
Despite losing to all 5 of those teams, ND is no worse than any of them. If ND could close out games, they would have been 9-3. Would a 9-3 ND team be dogs to Hawaii?? Fuck no. Hawaii would get worked by four of those five teams, excluding syracuse, so it is clearly foolish to lay wood behind Hawaii IMO.

3) Pegging of tents is prohibited and punishable by fines up to $500.00.
4) Dumping hot coals in the parking lot or in trash receptacles is prohibited.
5) Ball playing and Frisbee tossing, etc., is prohibited.
6) Bicycle/scooter riding, skateboarding and rollerblading are prohibited.
7) Animals not allowed on property.
8) Live bands and broadcasting of loud music is prohibited.
9) No soliciting, hawking, selling or giving away of any article is allowed without the prior approval of the Stadium Manager.
