I vote for the Doberman... the guy could use a side gig when he is not on the Porn set doing a shoot

My vote went for you!! Just look at the amount of posts and as my father would have told me the devil ain't that bad cause he's the devil, its because of the experience and age he's got!!:toast:

For the record.

We are not going to adding any new moderators at this time. Right now the only change that may occur is that Jake Thompson will have his duties expanded beyond the Fantasy Forum and the H2H contest to include moderating some of the principle sport forums and at times here in the Offshore Forum.

There won't be any replacement hired beyond that for WVU.

Thanks, wil..

I don't think Dante or GD would want the job. (or PO69)

It would be too much a loss to this forum if TTP got....we need his uncensored humor

We had a sneak peek at what it takes to be a mod from Wil's post yesterday....I would put my vote with QL or VD (not listed)

if I have to choose from above...i'd give it to WW he has been working the hardest for this

Thanks shdw01. But I'm trying to spend less time on here. Other than you, VD, GD, teazeman and a couple other select posters, I really don't like the people here.

75 years of PBR on tapBy WILLIAM F. AST III
H-P Staff Writer

STEVENSVILLE — When Prohibition was repealed in late 1933, the Welcome Inn in Ste*vensville immediately began serving draft Pabst Blue Ribbon beer to patrons who had de*veloped a powerful thirst over the long years of an officially dry America.
The refreshing gurgle of Pabst flowing into glasses at the old-time bar has never stopped. Seventy-five years later, the Welcome Inn still serves Pabst on tap.
Dean Sanders of South End Beverages Inc., the sole beer distributor in Berrien County, said he has been in business for 35 years and knows of no other local establishment in the county with that kind of record.
“It’s remarkable to have an owner stay in business that long, let alone keep a brand on for that long,” Sanders said.
Sanders was on hand Thursday to give bar owner Joe Shafer a plaque from the Pabst Brewing Co. honoring the Welcome Inn for its long patronage.
The bar was already getting crowded at 5 p. m. as Sanders made his presentations. The Welcome Inn has been a favored spot for gen*erations of people, not only for its Pabst Blue Ribbon but for its hamburgers and cheeseburg*ers as well.
The bar is “kind of a yesterday thing,” Sand*ers said. “Good hamburgers and cold beer. I go there once a week at least, twice if I can.”
Like its more famous counterpart in Chica*go, the Billy Goat Tavern, the Welcome Inn does not serve French fries with its burgers. But the quality is very comparable.
The Welcome Inn’s clientele is varied and
often surprising, Sanders said. It’s a place where the well-connected often rub shoulders with those just trying

to get by.
“You can go there and find a lot of people in the bar that you would never dream of finding there,” Sanders said. “You can find the CEO of major corporations at the Welcome Inn. You find characters in here. But you don’t find row*dies or people who are looking for trouble. It’s a good bar.”
Cindy Smith of Stevensville said she’s been coming to the Welcome Inn ever since she moved to Stevensville in 1991.
“You can’t beat it,” Smith said. “It’s quiet, and there’s no fights. These people are the greatest. It’s friendly. Every time you walk in, everyone says ‘Hi.’ It’s like the TV series, ‘Cheers.’” Joe Shafer, a 1978 graduate of Lakeshore High School, bought the bar in 1995 from his parents, Al and Muzz Shafer. Al Shafer, who said he bought into the bar in 1969 and became the sole owner in 1983, said he made sure the bar’s appearance has not changed.
“It’s the longest single-family ownership I have in my marketing area,” Sanders said. “I’ve enjoyed working with the Shafer family. I’ve enjoyed going there for their hamburgers. It’s a throwback to yesteryear, and it’s fun. I like it a lot.”
One thing all the bar’s patrons share is vast political wisdom, Sanders said.
“You can get updates on all political activi*ties there,” Sanders said. “People are more than willing to give you political advice. They’re well-read. They want to share it with someone. They will tell you all the virtues of Huckabee
