Ok, this is going to be a more civilized thread (for the time being). I'll summarize what's gone on in the RR since its been moved.

My complaint is that Raiders has already been banned from this site at least once (if not more) and that he has stiffed me $3500 and is well known as a not-popular individual. He had a TFZ site (twice if memory serves, though it may have been the same site with two different address) which went belly-up, and SS claims that it was brought back due to popular demand. I think it's a cheap money ploy.

I made this post....

I'll just post a part of the contract and protect names... (user names used in place of real names for posting purposes only)

AFLGuru is to receive $250/week from Raiders of TFZ1 in consideration for sports articles that are to be posted at TFZ1.com from <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:date Year="2006" Day="1" Month="3">1 March 2006</st1:date> until <st1:date Year="2006" Day="31" Month="7">31 July 2006</st1:date>
.

He paid me for a bit, but the outstanding balance went over 4K. As compensation, he offered me his crappy website and basically went under for it. I threatened to sue, he paid me a whopping $500 and disappeared. Now he emails me and wants to know if there's a balance. There is. $3500. I don't want his money, I just want him out of my life.

<HR style="COLOR: #fdde82" SIZE=1><!-- / icon and title --><!-- message -->personally don't have a dog in the fight but most will agree he overpaid you. did he offer ownership of the site as payment? did he offer to pay the entire amount? is this the contract in it's entire form? where you compensated in any other manner?

I know he overpaid me. I made some money on the deal and considered myself victorious for it and left it alone. He always made up stories as to why he wasn't paying me. He offered me the website, which I knew was going belly-up anyway. That was his only offer to pay me the whole amount. I don't know, maybe things have changed. Maybe he's really willing to pay me everything he owes me, but I'm not worried about it anymore. I wrote the whole thing off over a year ago and just want him out of my life.

My question exactly. I think this is a total money scam by Rx (and this isn't meant to be a bash, just a statement of opinion... I'm open for legit discussion).

isnt it normal that when a company goes bankrupts sometimes the employees dont get paid?

I dont know much about this story, but it seems to me, if he offered you the website at least he was trying to make good on the debt?

AFL Why would you think that your private business deal gone bad with a business partner would in anyway be a factor in a private company (the RX) making a decision on the home for a forum topic?

Im not sure why you would seek RX.com to micromanage to the point of making some decision based on your private business deal.

I mean if a guy has not paid a parking ticket should that be a factor?

They simply made a decision to bring back some banned posters to help the site grow in members and money going to sponsors. they might be right or wrong time will tell but why would you think your private matters would be a factor in an RX decision like this?

I really like you as a member of RX AFL please dont get me wrong but these two things have no correlation. I mean it does no harm in asking but I dont see see see a connection here.

How so?

As teaze said I have no dog in this fight. However, there is some great info in those threads, no doubt.

First off the TFZ has absolutely nothing to do with the RX as far as financial gain . TFZ is just a forum at the RX. Second of all this kid made a ton of money through me but that's none of the business of the forum. He didn't know his ass from a hole in the ground when it came to gambling.

Lastly, between him and his buddy they owe me money, not the other way around. This kid shows a lot of gratitude for the amounts of money and things that I did for him and it's way more than his false claim.

My current "sheet" has four RX members on it.......

Kyhawk, Billsfan, Hawkeye171, and Stadium.

Anticipating payment before death, although it's approaching a couple years with two of them.

Fish- I thought that you were compensated for that. Give me the details again. I will pay that out of my own money if it was a BoS thing. I paid others that lost money in the BoS thing out of my own pocket.

As far as that little punk goes, not only was he paid every cent from gambling, he owes me.

The claims are from other busiiness deals that we had. In fact he screwed up a couple of times and I let it go because he was a pure rookie.
