But I think you misspoke when you said there was a whole thread in the RR about RXJoy pardoning a few posters before she left. The only time this has been addressed is right here. Does Hache know that RXJoy unbanned a few posters like Presidents routinely do before they leave office? Nobody overrules them later. Does Hache know that you overruled her? I think what she did should stand. And I'll bet that Hache would honor her pardons. Why is it so hard for you to honor her pardons.

What I meant about the RR post was someone asked why a couple guys were banned and it was all explained, whether they comprehended it is something else, that thread was a while back

We don't want to give banned to players easily, unless you're a spammer or a trouble maker. Warnings will be given out to trouble makers and the system will automatically banned you once you reach your infraction points limit.
