Bill Parcells and Bill Belichik; both are seen as a magic talisman and both are no better or worse than your average coach.

i disagree. you think dave wannstedt or rich kotite could've won 3 superbowls in 4 years? how about herm edwards or dennis green?

sure the players are more important than the coach but the coaching does matter. you put belichik on the bears in the mid-to-late 80's and you have more than one superbowl, i guarantee that.

How long has Reid been at Philly? I like the guy, and he seems like a decent fellow. BUT.... Hasn't he been there forever? They need to make a change and head off into a new direction.

13 years or so he has been their head coach.

Not sure how San DIego can still have Turner as coach, not for what happened the other night, he just seems to get outcoached periodically. If you consistently get outscored and outplayed in the 2nd half of games, your getting out coached with adjustment teams are making at halftime. Too much inconsistency and bad coaching decisions have make SD a team that will never win any significant games or championships

Correct, he shoulda been gone in 2006. Still here, still a bone head.

My advice to you is to start drinking heavily.
