I don't want to be called a shill or nothing...lol . I will just present the info I was asked for and leave it at that. The website for lillefty is stbernadinesports.com . Unusual name but I am sure there probably is a story behind it. They appear to be a new site but they look like they do things totally legit. They have their last 7 days record on their website and then they have their own forum that they post every pick they made on it with past month by month records. They claim to be all about honesty and integrity. It is easy to be honest when you are 23-2...lol
ok that is all I know about these guys. Like I said I just started getting emails from them and they offered free picks, so I took it. I think we all know that no one is as good as 23-2 but that is one hell of a start as far as I am concerned.

I understand that you can't have people just promoting everywhere or your forum or any forum would be overrun...I know because I am the administrator of a forum...
As for St Bernadine's ...I do have access to their plays, but I also have access to premiere cappers, Honestdogsports, and a few others and when they go on a good run I bring the info/plays or verify the info when someone else posts over here.

Boston's John Smoltz was supposed to be the veteran leader and solid 4th or 5th starter to round out the sox rotation. He was going to take a few starts to get into shape but it has never happened. He has been fine the 1st time through the order but the 2nd time through almost all the teams are teeing off on him as he just doesn't have the stuff to get the big out when he needs it. His 7.04era is nothing like anyone invisioned but it is what it is.
Guthrie has struugled this year also after being the ace of last years team. In his L5 starts he has allowed 19 ER and 40 runners in just 28 IP. He has never fared well vs the sox either going 1-3 w/4.92 era.
With the sox pen being taxed over the weekend due to short starts from the sox starters, I can see smoltz being left out there even if he is struggling. Go with the over 9 in this game between the sox and the orioles
