FYI - I have been taking the following every day for years. Haven't been sick at all and have been exposed to every kid germ out there. B-12 Complex, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Zinc, Niacin, a multivitamin, Fish Oil, Baby Aspirin.
Probably looks like overkill, but I have heard that even though you take more than the daily allowance, your body doesn't fully absorb all of it, especially if taken in tablet form.
Don't wait until your sick to start a vitamin regimen.
