CNN MSNBC, and many others including Joe Biden and Bernie Sanders reported that Trump called the Coronavirus a hoax, when he did not do such a thing. Even left leaning Snopes called this not true. If that doesn't prove to one what the media is doing and willing to do then no amount of facts will change one's mind.

On 9/11 George W. Bush did a great job of coming forward and telling it like it was. In a time of a crisis the one thing people want their leaders to do is come out and effectively explain what is going on and tell them the truth. How hard can that be.

2,600 confirmed case in USA. Not a huge leap to say that the number would be significantly higher if there was availability of testing in the USA. It is actual pathetic that there are not tests available. On March 6 the CDC labs did 5 test. Yeah read that again 5 tests. Wonder if the numbers would be higher. There is your answer.
Do you think China gave accurate numbers? If so I have a bridge for sale. Italy has 7% death rate and another 8% in critical condition. Yet our president wants to make it sound like it is just another flu bug. It is not.
There is a Joe Rogan podcast with Michael Osterholm who an internationally recognized expert in infectious disease epidemiology. It isnt a republican or democrat spin on the virus. It points out how poorly prepared the USA is for something major. It is very interesting.

Trump has an excellent task force to give us all the information from experts that we all need.. That's what good leaders do. assemble people that can do the job .. instead of waiting 6 months and letting thousands die as they did 10 years ago..
as far as keeping us safe ……..I guess stopping the travel from China was a good start despite getting called a racist for doing that..
